Return & Refund Policy

At Redblad we strive for 100% satisfaction with all our women's fashion and accessories. If a garment is not quite to your liking or you would like a different size, you can easily return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
1. 30 Days Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 30 days after the day of receipt, without giving a reason.
2. Conditions for returning
To qualify for a full refund, we ask the following:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- The original labels and tags must still be attached to the garment.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
3. How do I register a return? (In 3 simple steps)
- Register your return: Send an e-mail to info@redblad.com with your order number and which item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive return instructions: Our team will send you the return instructions and return address within 24 hours.
- Send the parcel: Hand in the parcel at a post point of your choice and keep the proof of postage with track & trace code.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. The purchase amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days via the original payment method (iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact, credit card or PayPal).
5. Damaged or wrong item received?
Has an item arrived damaged or did you accidentally receive a wrong item? Then contact us directly via info@redblad.com with a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement free of charge and immediately!
