One Root, in het Grieks Mia Riza, is vernoemd naar de eerste olijfboom die de familie plantte. Op Kreta worden olijfbomen gezien als wortels van de familie zelf: waar je vandaan komt en wat je doorgeeft.
Deze extra vierge olijfolie wordt gemaakt van 100% Koroneiki-olijven uit eeuwenoude boomgaarden bij Kissamos, die de zeebries van de Kretenzische kust opvangen. De olijven worden vroeg in het seizoen geplukt en koud geperst, wat zorgt voor een uitzonderlijk fris profiel met een hoog gehalte aan natuurlijke antioxidanten.
